Seaconnell

Building a mega compost bin

Seaconnell is a private care village for individuals with learning disabilities on the exposed slopes of Slieve Croob, above Annesborough, near Castlewellan. The well maintained grounds are an oasis in the middle of the granite-scattered landscape of the Mourne/Croob area.

This small care facility aims to offer a range of activities for the residents and Alliance Youth Works are delivering conservation and sustainable gardening projects there.
