Pictures from around the site The Seeconnell team have had a lot of success over the last couple of years in their fruit and vegetable garden. They have vast quantities of product which often finds its way into the main kitchens feeding all the residents. Potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, beans, beetroot, lettuce, tomatoes, chillis, peppers, carrots, parsnips, leeks, rosemary, thyme, borage, mint, chives, sage, camomile, parsley, daffodils, other cutting flowers, raspberries, strawberries, apples, pears, and plums The team have also planted a mountain bed of plants at the rear of the Slieve Wing at the foot of the mountain and opened a new wildlife pond at the front of the site in what will become a garden for residents and their families.
